Your role

• Become a subject-matter expert on the company's IT & Cloud portfolio and service strategy
• Gather and centralize requirements around ICT management, asset tracking, and vulnerability management solutions
• Translate needs into a clear product roadmap and delivery milestones
• Prioritize and manage feature backlogs in collaboration with technical and operational stakeholders
• Establish project governance and ensure smooth coordination across departments
• Organize testing and dry runs before deployment to guarantee service reliability
• Create clear documentation for both internal teams and clients
• Monitor risks and proactively define mitigation strategies
• Provide regular updates on integration progress and performance

Your profile

• Master's degree or equivalent through experience
• Strong track record in product/project management
• Solid understanding of ICT infrastructures, cloud platforms, asset & mobile device management
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• A strong team player, trustworthy and solution-focused
